Product Orders: When you place an order on Tile Demand, we are responsible for supplying the exact products as described on our website. We cannot accept responsibility for any alterations or customization that was not part of the order.
Product Accuracy: We strive to ensure all information, including images and descriptions, on our website are accurate. However, there may be slight variations in color, size, and texture of tiles due to natural variations or changes in stock. These variations are not grounds for return or exchange.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Policy
Non-Refundable: All tile purchases are final and non-refundable. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to offer refunds, regardless of circumstances. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are ordering the correct product, quantity, and specifications before completing your purchase.
Non-Exchangeable: Tiles purchased from Tile Demand cannot be exchanged for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the appearance, fit, or size of the tiles. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase.

4. Delivery Terms
Delivery Timeframe: We will provide an estimated delivery time at the point of order. However, Tile Demand does not guarantee this delivery time. Due to factors beyond our control (such as transport issues, stock availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances), delivery may take longer than expected.
Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays in delivery once your order has been dispatched. While we make every effort to fulfill orders promptly, delays may occur due to factors such as:
Carrier delays
Adverse weather conditions
Stock issues
Other logistical challenges
Liability: Tile Demand is not liable for any inconvenience or costs incurred due to a delay in delivery, including but not limited to loss of business, construction delays, or any other indirect or consequential damages.
Shipping Fees: Delivery charges will be calculated at the time of checkout. If you choose expedited shipping or any other special delivery option, it may incur additional charges.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information: It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address, contact information, and order details. If the details provided are incorrect, and your order cannot be delivered as a result, Tile Demand will not be held responsible for any losses or issues that arise.
Receipt of Goods: You are responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery. If there is visible damage to the tiles or packaging, you must notify the delivery driver and our customer service team immediately. Failure to report damage within a reasonable timeframe may affect any potential claims.

6. Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is considered final. We do not accept cancellations once the order is processed and dispatched.
Returns: Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns for tiles once they have been shipped. Please ensure that you have selected the correct items, quantities, and sizes before placing your order.

7. Liability & Disclaimer
Limitation of Liability: Tile Demand is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the use of our products. Our liability is limited solely to the value of the goods purchased, and we do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential damages.
Product Use: All tiles sold by Tile Demand are for general use. We recommend that tiles be installed by a professional to ensure proper fitting and minimize the risk of damage.

Tile Demand reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will apply to all future orders made on or after the date of posting.
