Yes! You’re welcome to visit our showroom to see and feel the tiles in person. We also provide take-home samples so you can view them in your own lighting and décor.
Orders can be placed in our showroom or by phone. Some products may also be available for online ordering, depending on stock and delivery location.
All tiles are special order and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please double-check all measurements and quantities before confirming your order.
Delivery times vary by product. In-stock tiles can often be delivered within a few days. Special orders typically take 2–4 weeks.
We work with trusted professional installers and can connect you with experts experienced in our products.
Most tiles are low maintenance. Sweep or vacuum regularly, mop with a pH-neutral cleaner, and avoid harsh chemicals, especially on natural stone. We’ll provide tailored care instructions for your chosen tile.
Please check your delivery immediately. If you notice any damage, contact us within 24 hours so we can arrange a replacement or issue a refund. If a replacement is needed and the tile is not in store stock, delivery charges will apply.
Yes, large orders for renovations or commercial projects may qualify for special pricing. Speak with our team for details.
We recommend ordering an additional 12% beyond your measured area to cover breakage, cuts, and future repairs. For example, if you need 100 sq. ft., order 112 sq. ft. to ensure you have enough.
